Naberezhnye Chelny is one of the largest settlements in Tatarstan. The first association that arises when it is mentioned is the KamAZ plant. The city has an interesting structure: no one has canceled the streets, but the locals are guided to a greater extent not by them, but by the districts-complexes. Each of them has its own serial number from 1 to 50.

The townspeople remember and honor their own history and do not make significant changes to the already established sights. For example, the Artists Theater has gone far from its foundation in terms of content, but has not changed its usual name. As for the sculptures and monuments, many were created by local craftsmen. The works of Ildar Khanov stand out especially. They adorn Enthusiasts Boulevard and other parts of the city.
